MIKE SUZUKI

President, Maynards Capital USA

Mike is the President of Maynards Capital Services USA. Over the past 20 years his experience as an appraiser and liquidator with Maynards Industries in combination with his commercial banking and executive leadership roles at BMO Bank of Montreal position him well to lead the growth of Maynards Capital business. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from St. John’s University in New York City, New York.

Taso Sofikitis

President & Managing Partner, Maynards Industries

Taso is the President and Managing Partner of Maynards Industries worldwide.  He began his career at Maynards in 1998 and has been an integral part in helping Maynards become a global leader in valuation and liquidations. Taso has spent many years as a certified appraiser and has managed countless sales projects around the globe, netting sales in excess of $1 billion. Taso holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

BARRY SCOTT

Chair of Credit Committee

Barry is the principal of Maynards Industries and the lead order of Maynards Capital. He began his career apprenticing at Maynards, then subsequently bought the business outright with a partner in the early 1970’s. Since that time he has led Maynards to become a global leader in valuation and liquidation, now with 7 offices globally.
Barry continues to drive a culture for growth and brings a wealth of expertise in business and asset valuation to the Fund. He is actively involved in the community and acts as the Chairman of the Credit Committee for Maynards Capital.

DEAN SHILLINGTON

Credit Committee & President, Knightsbridge Capital Group

Dean is the founder of Knightsbridge Capital Group and has extensive experience as an entrepreneur, business development and in commercial finance. He spent several years at GE Capital in various capacities in both risk management and business management. Dean founded Knightsbridge Capital in 2007, actively participating in a lending, equity and advising capacity since that time, including managing Maynbridge Capital in Canada. He holds a degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Turnaround Management Association – Northwest Chapter and various other entities.

AARON STEWARDSON

COO Maynards Group

Aaron is a Chartered Accountant and joined Maynards Industries in 2009. He previously worked for EY in the Transaction Advisory Services group in both Canada and the US, predominantly working in the Restructuring group on files such as Air Canada and Skeena Cellulose. During his time he also worked closely with numerous private equity groups in funding transactions on both sides of the border. Aaron is active in the community being a director of Easters Seals and serving on a committee with BC Children’s hospital. He is an SVP for Maynards Capital Services.
